LOIRE VALLEY WINE DINNER WITH DAVID COUSLAND

Join us at Cafe St Honoré for an evening of seasonal food and exceptional Loire Valley wines.

Chef Director Neil Forbes will guide you through a four-course menu, paired with wines selected and presented by David Cousland, a long-time advocate of Loire wines. Having completed his WSET Diploma with a London wine merchant, David has been visiting the Loire Valley for over 30 years and works closely with a small group of family growers, many farming organically, from Muscadet through to Sancerre.

The evening will showcase the remarkable diversity of the Loire, from sparkling Crémant and Sauvignon Blanc to Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc, each paired with dishes built around the season. Wines come from independent producers with a strong sense of place and a focus on careful, low-intervention farming.

David will host the evening, sharing his knowledge of the region, the growers and the wines themselves, bringing the Loire to life with insight, stories and tasting notes.
