From Michelin stars to multi-award winning chefs, Vesta on Edinburgh’s Queensferry Street is welcoming Scotland’s top culinary talent to their kitchen to celebrate Scottish food and drink and support their partners Social Bite in their mission to end homelessness in Scotland.
Our chef director Neil Forbes is delighted to be taking part on Wednesday 4th September, and has created an exciting 4- course dinner menu.
Grierson Organic chicken terrine, piccalilli cauliflower, organic leaves, crouton
Phantassie Organic beetroot borsch, smoked Belhaven trout, Katy Rodger’s creme fraiche, horseradish
Scotch pork belly, braised lentils, Peelham Farm organic salami, greens
Buttermilk pudding, local berries, beremeal shortbread

Every Monday, Vesta opens from 3-5pm to serve a two-course lunch to people experiencing homelessness. In addition, all customers can choose to 'Pay Forward' the cost of a coffee, lunch or dinner to people who need it most.
