For the last event in our trilogy of Slow Food Edinburgh Big Tables, we’ll be exploring Food From the Past with Olive Geddes.
Olive Geddes is a Curator in the Manuscript and Archives Collections Division of the National Library of Scotland where she has worked for many years. Her role is varied but with an emphasis on the acquisition of manuscripts and promotion of the collections. She has a particular interest in Scottish social history, especially golf, food and travel in Scotland. She has curated exhibitions at the NLS on all three topics, most recently the Library’s exhibition ‘Lifting the Lid’ on Scottish food history.
