The class will cover creating a natural yeast starter for a simple sourdough, why different flours are used for different breads, the art of kneading, why dough is proved, as well as sharing recipes and techniques for rye bread, yeast bread, Chelsea buns and brioche.
The class will be followed by a 2-course lunch.
