Frankie is a nutritionist and science journalist with BBC Radio Scotland, and was a member of the Slow Food Scottish Youth Delegation to Terra Madre last year. Drawing on her research experience both in the lab and the media, Frankie will explore key innovations which point to the future of growing, cooking and eating in Scotland and beyond.
