On Thursday 2nd July 2015 there was a full moon. To celebrate, the team from Cafe St Honoré prepared a fabulous full moon dinner in the main greenhouse at The Secret Herb Garden on the outskirts of Edinburgh. We served hot-smoked salmon, barbequed Highland venison, a wagon of Scottish cheeses and a lemon verbena posset, all matched with organic wine. A magical evening!
