Join us for the last in our run of Slow Food Edinburgh Big Table suppers on the final day of Slow Food Week! To help us celebrate Scotland's Year of Food & Drink 2015 theme for June, the future of food, we're delighted to welcome Donald Reid as our guest speaker.
The UK's first Masters programme in Gastronomy has been running for just over a year at Queen Margaret University in Musselburgh. Donald, one of the lecturers on the programme, along with a current student, will introduce the course in a bit more detail, help define gastronomy, and explain its role in thinking about the future of food.
