It's nearly time for our third Slow Food 'Big Table' of 2015. Where does the time go!
To support International Year of the Soil, Slow Food Edinburgh are focusing on 'organic' and 'soil' as their themes in March, so our theme for the next supper is 'fertile ground'. We're delighted to welcome our friends and suppliers Sascha and Hugh Grierson from Grierson Organic to speak about the key role farmers play in preserving and nurturing the earth. They will also touch on organic farming and a land management system that has soil health at its heart. We cannot think about food unless we start there!
