Join us as we explore the world of natural wine with Philippe Larue from L'Art du Vin. We'll celebrate artisan wines that are pure, kind to the planet, better for our health and most importantly, delicious!
Monday 11 May
In May we'll be joined by food writer Catherine Brown, author of acclaimed modern classic 'Scottish Cookery'. When it was initially published in 1985, it was one of the first books of its kind with an ingredients-based format, highlighting Scotland's rich and varied natural larder. Neil Forbes will be cooking a menu of traditional recipes under Catherine's guidance.
We'll post both menus on this page as soon as we can - so keep your eyes peeled!
Both evenings begin at 6.30pm and cost £15 (£12.50 for Slow Food members) for a main course (3 choices including a vegetarian option), a drink (wine, beer or a soft drink), and coffee or tea. Desserts are an additional £2.50 each.
