We're all thrilled with the news that we've retained our 3-star champion status for 2015. We were the first Scottish members of the Sustainable Restaurant Association and we strive to improve every year in the 14 key areas we're rated on. This year, we managed perfect scores for 'treating people fairly' and 'waste management'.
The SRA's Managing Director Mark Linehan, said: "Cafe St Honoré puts the provenance its produce at the heart of its menu and always impresses the SRA's assessors with its constant search for new ways of serving the finest quality food with a minimal impact on the environment - showcasing the best of Scotland's larder. Chef Neil Forbes and his team are also consistent contributors to the local community."
Being sustainable means we manage the social and environmental impact of our operations. Committing to sustainability means we can make a difference on important issues like climate change, animal welfare and food waste. Meaning you have a great place to eat that shares your values!
