Neil and Iain were delighted to be involved in the second Sustainable Restaurant Association awards in London on Monday 17 February. Neil was part of a group of Scottish chefs chosen to prepare a showcase of Scottish food at the event, hosted by Roast at Borough Market.
It was a tough decision to select just 4 dishes to do Scotland justice, and in the end Neil plumped for oatcakes with Isle of Mull cheddar and chutney, traditional Forfar bridies, smoked Pigeon salad and million'bere' shortbread.
Last year we were honoured with the award for 'society', and this year we were 'highly commended' in the Scottish Restaurant category. Read more about the awards here.
