We all love herbs, we all use them, but it's easy to get stuck in your old ways using them. Step in top chef Neil Forbes and herb expert Anna Lamotte of the country's leading herb specialists, Scotherbs.
Neil and Anna will show you that it's not just rosemary and lamb, or salmon and dill that make perfect flavour marriages. And herbs are much more versatile than sprinkling as a garnish. Think butters, puddings, teas, and even booze. Anna promises to bring her lemon thyme gin with her!
As ever, there will be tastings throughout the class and opportunities to ask questions.
