Neil makes his debut as a radio presenter and is asking the questions for a change! He visits the Princes Street Gardens Kitchen Garden Project and meets the people behind it. Tune in!
Friday, 4pm - take to the stage at Fringe by the Sea in North Berwick.
Neil's planning a scrummy salad of wonderful Isle of Mull scallops, heritage potatoes and home-made bacon, a glorious summer pudding and a few wee surprises! Click the link above to buy a ticket.
Friday night until late - get behind the stoves for a busy service.
Saturday morning - make a trip to the Edinburgh Farmers' Market to place orders and catch up with suppliers.
Saturday lunch - back to the kitchen for another busy service!
Saturday, 3pm - take to the stage again! This time at Foodies Festival at Inverleith Park.

Saturday, 4pm - mingle, meet and catch up with chefs, producers and customers at Foodies (and perhaps a small glass of something cold).
Saturday night - no rest for the wicked - back behind the stoves for the busiest night of the week!
Sunday - long lie (if the kids allow).
